These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the abcjl platform, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and support functions available at abcjl.app. By registering or continuing to use abcjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. 2.1 By accessing or using the abcjl Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by abcjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the abcjl Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
2.3 abcjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abcjl. By clicking "I Agree" during registration or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that this agreement is valid and enforceable under Philippine law.
3.1 To register an Account on abcjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the abcjl Platform. Opening or operating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across such Accounts and permanent suspension.
3.3 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. abcjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time abcjl deems necessary for regulatory compliance, you will be required to complete the KYC process by submitting one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, UMID, SSS card, Passport, or Driver's License), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and/or a selfie with the submitted ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request from abcjl may result in withdrawal suspension pending verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
4.2 abcjl will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other means. Any communication purporting to be from abcjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify abcjl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. abcjl cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
4.4 abcjl reserves the right to suspend your Account, cancel pending transactions, and withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Account security has been compromised, the Account is being used fraudulently, or these Terms are being violated.
Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. abcjl reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per month on inactive accounts. You will be notified via your registered email address prior to such fees being applied, and you may reactivate your Account by logging in at any time.
5.1 All deposits to your abcjl Account must be made using payment methods authorized and displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. Supported payment methods include, but may not be limited to: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
5.2 All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used.
5.3 abcjl does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via GCash or Maya. Fees imposed by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution are your sole responsibility.
5.4 All funds deposited into your abcjl Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will be flagged for investigation, which may result in the suspension of your Account and reversal of the deposit.
Deposit limits: You may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings at any time. Once set, deposit limits may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours, in support of responsible gaming practices.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your abcjl Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet linked to your identity.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱200,000 for standard verified accounts. Higher limits apply for accounts with VIP or high-roller status as determined by abcjl.
6.3 abcjl targets withdrawal processing times of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between fifteen (15) minutes and twenty-four (24) hours. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed service levels.
6.4 abcjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. abcjl will notify you if additional information is required to facilitate a withdrawal.
6.5 Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance (without any Real Money wagering) shall not be permitted. Only winnings generated through wagering of Real Money, in accordance with applicable bonus terms, are eligible for withdrawal.
6.6 In the event that a Player's Account is found to be in violation of these Terms at the time a withdrawal is requested, abcjl reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds.
7.1 abcjl may offer a variety of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates — are set out in the relevant promotion details page.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings attributable to the bonus may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to any bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
7.3 abcjl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:
7.4 Where abcjl determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account concerned.
Note: abcjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
8.1 All games available on the abcjl Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
8.2 abcjl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time studio environments. All game outcomes are determined independently of abcjl.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to a disconnection, server error, or software failure — abcjl reserves the right to declare the relevant round or bet void and refund the stake to your Account. abcjl shall not be liable for any claimed winnings in respect of a round affected by a technical malfunction.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided at abcjl's discretion.
8.5 Where a game is displayed in a currency other than PHP, abcjl will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the transaction. All Account balances and transaction records will reflect the PHP equivalent.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abcjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, voiding of winnings, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 abcjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Upon Account closure in good standing — meaning no pending investigations, no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, and no suspected breach of Terms — any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
10.3 Where Account closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, abcjl reserves the right to forfeit all or part of any balance held in the Account, including winnings derived from any period during which the breach occurred.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the abcjl Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of abcjl.
12.3 The abcjl name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of abcjl. Unauthorized use of abcjl trade marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcjl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 abcjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.3 abcjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. abcjl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without liability.
13.4 The outcome of all games on abcjl is determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures beyond abcjl's control. abcjl is not responsible for any specific game outcome or the results of any betting decision made by a Player.
14.1 abcjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published at abcjl.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 Your personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and anti-fraud service providers where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to protect the security of the Platform and its users. abcjl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
14.3 abcjl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform as described in the Privacy Policy. You may adjust your cookie preferences through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of certain Platform features.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the abcjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact abcjl's customer support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for abcjl to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not affect any right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
15.4 abcjl's gaming operations are subject to the jurisdiction and oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may also be submitted to PAGCOR through its official channels.
16.1 abcjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 Amendments shall take effect upon the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than seven (7) days following the publication of the amended Terms unless required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
16.3 Continued use of the abcjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.
